1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Products such as figurines, deity dolls, showpieces, and planters are fragile; any return request will be approved only if the item is received in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Items that are used, broken due to customer handling, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (common in handcrafted items) are not considered defects.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
  • After verification, you may be offered a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back securely.
  • Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
  • In case of approved defective items, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
