1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Products such as figurines, deity dolls, showpieces, and planters are fragile; any return request will be approved only if the item is received in resellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Items that are used, broken due to customer handling, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (common in handcrafted items) are not considered defects.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
- After verification, you may be offered a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to ship the product back securely.
- Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
- In case of approved defective items, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
